From Whispering to Screaming
Well, I guess you never know what to expect with a newborn. I tried all of the "whispering" tricks last night, but Holden wasn't buying them! He didn't sleep more than an hour and a half to two hours at a time, and screamed from about 4:00 to 4:45. I thought he would be good and tired after that, but no he slept for 45 minutes and woke up crying again. I dying to get back to those 4 hour sleep stretches....I'm exhausted.

Jenn, I am so sorry that you had a rough night. We went out and bought the Baby Whisperer and I read most of it yesterday. I tried to implement "the plan" last night with no success. I didn't have the fortitude to go past 15 attempts to put Waylon back down. We're not sure if we'll keep at it or not. We've reverted to puting Waylon in the Bjorn today to get him to nap. May the force be with you!
