Our 24

Daylight Savings Time, and the loss of an hour, got me thinking about how we spend our 24 hours a day. Those of you that know me well, know that I love to keep charts and analyze just about everything in my life. We've pretty much stuck to the E.A.S.Y. schedule (see Baby Whispering post below). Here's how we spend our days at the Fletcher house:

Eat - Holden nurses for about three hours a day.

Activity - Here is Holden learning on his Baby Einstein playmat. The red and black ladybug is his favorite; he stares and bats at it. His other favorite activities are looking at faces, being read to, and listening to music.

Sleep - The books say babies under three months of age should sleep between 15-18 hours a day. Well, not our boy! We already know he likes to do things his own way. Holden sleeps between 12 - 14 hours in a 24 hour period.

You (me) time - Yesterday's "me time" consisted of paying bills, doing two loads of laundry, and prepping dinner. I also got a shower in there! Holden and I went on an hour long walk too (he didn't sleep though).
